So what IS My Personal Progress Helper?
It’s a journal specifically designed for young women to use in completing Personal Progress. It was made by a young woman who has seen and done it all when it comes to Personal Progress, so she knows what works and what doesn’t. It has multiple pages for each experience, and has way more than just blank pages — it has writing prompts and tracking sheets to help make it easy to stay on top of everything.
Do you offer rush shipping?
We currently only offer standard shipping. In the future, we may offer expedited shipping options.
How long does it take an order to process?
It usually takes 24-48 hours for an order to process and ship. Shipping is generally 5-7 business days. Processing and shipping may take longer for larger orders. Shipment Tracking Number will be provided to you via email.
Do you have different covers?
We don’t currently offer alternate covers, but we are working on them and will be releasing them in the Fall.
Do you have a smaller size? To fit with a Personal Progress book?
Right now we only have it in 8×10 size, but we’re working on a 5×7 size which will perfectly fit with your scriptures and Personal Progress book.
Why is it black and white?
It was originally intended to be in color, but the cost would be 10x higher to print it, and nobody wants to pay that much for a journal. Now you can use pencils to color in the border on each page!
What if I’m already part way through Personal Progress?
It’s up to you. You could purchase the PDF and only print off the sections you haven’t worked on, or you could purchase the book and copy your journal entries from earlier into My Personal Progress Helper. Or you could work quickly to finish Personal Progress so you have time to start it again!
What about for the Honor Bee?
We’re working on producing a booklet for the Honor Bee. It will be significantly smaller (and cheaper) and should be released by the Fall.

Yes! The prices are below. For an exact quote, including shipping and sales tax, email admin@thepersonalprogresshelper.com with the subject line “Book Discount” with your ward/location and the # of copies you need.
